- Overlooking for new clients and assisting them in application processes. - Collecting and reporting clients’ detail information. - Verifying and analyzing documents provided by clients. - Conduct clients’ preliminary assessment by evaluating and interpreting clients’ financial condition and characteristics as to ensure borrower’s repayment capacity. - Site-visiting properties (Collaterals) and business places of the clients - Complete all internal loan documents. - Liaise with other departments to ensure the effectiveness of credit policy. - Monitoring and following up the whole loan process in order to ensure satisfactory of clients and prompt repayment - Build and maintaining good relation with clients (new and old clients) - Escalating and resolving areas of concerns as raised by client. - Other tasks assign by manager

- At least 2 years proven experience in related filed - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices - Experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Problem-solving attitude - Excellent communication skills - Aptitude for fostering positive relationships - Teamwork and leadership skills - Customer-oriented mindset - BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field
