- Prepare and execute and hiring process and ensure that the HR demands are met according to the operational requirement. - Ensure that the trainings are conducted based on training calendar. - Conduct the recruitment activities based on recruitment processes. - Coordinate with requested department to establish job description, test criteria, other necessary information and communicate all the requirements in recruitment procedure. - Collect information and analyst the problem/risk/opportunity to recruit correct candidate to meet the need of request department. - Conduct the training activities based on training processes & training calendar. - Communicate with relevant department on required information, documents, and training needs annually. - Update and maintaining training documents into employees’ files and HR system. - Other duties assigned by management.

- Bachelor degree in human resource management, business management or equivalent - Labor Law, human resource management - General administration, communication, - PR & advertising including social communication - At least 2 years in HR related position, social compliance, training officer or related fields - Good interpersonal skill and communication skill with internal management, authorities, public and private sectors, employers’ association - Familiar with Microsoft Office (words, excel, power point, access, outlook…), Human Resource & Payroll (HRP) system - Desire for continue learning - Flexible and willing to accept new challenges
