- Leads the Sales and Marketing Function, including overseeing the sales team. This includes interviewing, hiring, supervising and developing all direct reports. - Developing, reporting, and updating of plans for sales team members in timely manner. - Develops the annual marketing plan, prepares update to the plan, reviews and updates action plans. Prepare specific action plans and related budgets for achieving sales targets. - Manage budgeting/financial process including revenue goals. - Responsible for contract development and maintenance. - Analyzes past sales data, project future opportunities and a keen understanding of the fundamental of Revenue Management. - Direct the development and implementation of business plans, service level agreements, policies and procedures. - Represents hotel at various tradeshows and other business events.

- Requires university degree in Hotel and Hospitality / Business Management. - At least 2 years in Sales & Marketing supervisory with 5-star hotel and apartments. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. - Ability to train and develop team members and the ability to motivate staff. - Strong leadership and a good team player. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and problem-solving skills. - Computer skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & E-mail. - Proficient in spoken, English Chinese or Japanese and written English.
