- Develop and organize the learning materials for students - Be creative and use proper teaching methodology (songs, stories, educational games, arts & craft, etc.) - Motivate children’s abilities through playing - Dealing complaint with parents if needed on students’ learning through providing appropriate information/ solution - Regularly conduct and observe on students’ progress and ensure to reach academic year curriculum - Cooperate with other departments’ staff - Follow and comply the safety standard regulations - Supervision TAs and children during snack time, outdoor play, swimming and other activities
