• Degree in civil engineer, architecture or other related fields; • Minimum 02 years of work experience in site quantity surveyor in real estate development or construction industry; • Strong cost knowledge pertaining to construction, architectural and engineering design criteria, construction sequencing and detailing, construction materials, methodologies and best practices; • Proven good English communication both verbal and written; • Computer literacy. • Good in analytical skills, sales skill, detail oriented personality and able to work under pressure.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking, and other related fields; undergraduate are encourage to apply; • Good interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels; • Good in verbal and written communication skills both English and Khmer; • Pleasant personality and ability to handle complaints; • Computer literacy, Microsoft office – Word and Excel.
