** Job Dimension: - Budget (Operating/Capital): N/A - Total No. of Reporting Staff: As per org chart ** Communications & Working Relationship - External: Regulators, Auditors and group finance and supports - Internal: All departments ** Key Responsibilities: - Perform posting the journal entries into the GL; - Perform manual check on completeness of the uploading and documentation; - Produce GL transactions and certify it with support documents; - Ascertain correct classification of accounting entries; - Assist Finance team on daily and month end closing; - Assist Finance team in tracking, monitoring, and reporting the daily dashboard for local ALCO and management purpose - Daily GFMS investigation and checking (Pre-map Rejects, Create Accounting Error); - Assist in preparing all financial reporting of the bank accurately and in a timely manner to relevant regulatory authorities and Group; - Ensure timely Sharp testing of RCSA and CSTM regulatory and Ops Risk requirements; - Regularly Bank wide fixed assets tracking, reconciliation and monitoring - Other task/projects as assigned

** Knowledge Skills and Experience: - A degree in Finance or Accounting field. CAT degree or ACCA student is preferable; - 2-3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance; - Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping; - Good knowledge about regulatory requirements of taxation and NBC; - Good planning and organizing skills; - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
