• Facilitating all related Purchases, mainly construction materials • Sourcing and maintaining adequate competitive quotations • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers • Ensuring that goods and services are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time • Visiting the construction site to understand the demand of purchasing when needed • Negotiating contract terms of agreement pricing and payment term • Reviewing quality of purchased products. • Receiving and checking supplier’s invoice vs PO, Delivery noted and other support documents • Documenting and maintaining a database of suppliers, Inventories, Product catalogs and standard contracts • Preparing weekly/monthly purchased reports • Other tasks as required by management

• Bachelor degree in Business Development or related disciplines • Minimum 1 years in the same field • Prior experience in construction field is a plus • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Team and goal oriented • Proactive, enthusiastic and strong sense of responsibility • Able to work under pressure and be flexible, creative and initiative.
