The Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing and modeling existing business processes. The goal of business process analysis is to understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement. - Create user stories and process flows - Perform AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, solution on business needs - Review internal and external workflows within business functions to design and document - Recommend strategies for resolution of issues and provide direction and support to project team - Participate in project team meetings when necessary to address critical issues and advice - Act as a transformative change leadership, promote transformation changes and digital mindset - Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Graduated in business administration/engineering or other related field (BA/MBA) - Industry knowledge in Telecommunications/Finance/Internet 3 to 6 years in Business Process design and business impact assessment (preferably in Telco) - Relevant experiences includes Business Domain of CRM/Billing, Customer Experience and Project Management Office - Quality-oriented mindset - Excellent communication, integration and organizational skills for interaction with peers, external personnel and senior leaders - Able to work effectively under pressure - Deep knowledge of Business Process Design, with exposure involved in Detailed Business Process Design and implementation - Strong skills in Business Process Improvement and process design (Eg: Lean/ Six Sigma), Business consulting, project implementation, workshop facilitation, system testing - Proactive, energetic, self-confident & patient - Able to manage multi tasks and deadline - Highly organized and strong analytical skills
