- Assisting in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department of communication; - Working with the director to coordinate the daily operations; - Provides support in creating texts for promotional material, e.g. flyers, posters, school information folders, translations KH-ENG; - Working with relevant departments to ensure that communication from different departments are aligned with PSE standards; - Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and draft presentations; - Get involved in all important events organized inside and/or outside PSE; - Work with local and international medias, partners, companies to improve PSE visibility; - Support PSE Visits, organize visit program for visitor, partner, donors, sponsor; - Control and secure all kind of donation; Coordinate with Lotus Blanc, guesthouse and Souvenir Shop to - provide the best services to visitors; - Help managing administration tasks of the department;

- Bachelor's Degree level (Communication, Public Relation, Business School…) - At least 2 years experience in Communication - Knowledge in communication management, tasks and process - Good MS Office skills / Google App - Clear communication skills in Khmer & English (speaking – reading – writing) - Organized and able to setup priorities - Commitment to PSE’s vision, core values and code of conduct - Has an enthusiastic and positive work attitude - Policy compliance and protection of children - Patience, adaptability and ability to cope with change process - Ensuring timely, high quality results.
