- Supervise worker’s performance to ensure company’s standard - Manage on all staffs attendance of each shop - Ensure the ready state before open shop and put everything put in the right - Before close Store by using checklist - Highly weight and build customer satisfaction - Obtains goods from supplier and supervise the right standard of the retaining process - Assign worker to prepare barista & beverage - Ensure the right standard of barista quality - Survey propose to direct supervisor to do local store marketing - Record problems that emerged during operation for latter inquiry and meet with head department - To maximize store profitable through sales and marketing, control beverage cost and labour cost, control wastage and spoil. And operating expense in store - Maintain and build sales - Maintaining beverage safety, personal safety, and sanitation standards - Maintain shop equipment in working order and request service or repair for issues - Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform standards for all Team Members - Other projects/duties as assigned by the Operation Manager

- At least Bachelor Degree and any related fields - At least 2-3 years’ experience in barista - Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill - Proficiency in English and computer literate - Strong in driving results and people management and development - Honesty, loyalty, and pay attention on work - Be able to travel around PP
