• Dealing with guests over the telephone, email, and other communication methods • Preparing all reservation and share to other department • Negotiating rates in hotel & restaurant • Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience • Answer questions regarding rooms, food & beverage, facilities, rates, and events • Upselling, cross selling, or suggestive selling to the customers

• Can speak some Chinese or English • Should have pleasing personality. • Excellent guest communication skill • Good knowledge of hotel and food and beverage service.
