• Responsible for the distribution and sales of our products or services throughout a particular region in Thailand. • Support the various sales teams in their regions. • Manage and oversee the profitability of the business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals. • Open to new ideas and be able to make each sales person feel as if they are a key part of the team and the solutions they provide to customers. • Growth opportunities and develop sales activities for all the channels. • Across a variety of marketing strategies from the head direct including product launches of companys' products. • Public relations and communications efforts to the sale team & customers • Setting up displays and designing loyalty programmes & camplaigns launches. • Develop marketing strategies & aligned with the brand strategies. • Act as the key liaison between products development and customers. • Maintain customer relationships for future purchases that can support through the sale team. • Cultivate programs that ensure products sell in-store & manage the POSM provided to the team

• Male/Female • Age 30-45 Years old • Experience 3 -5 Years in Trade Marketing Chief or Senior Supervisor. • Bachelor & degree in related fields • Based in Phanom Phenh, Cambodia • Good command of English and Cambodian
