*To help Obayashi Vietnam Corporation (100%-owned subsidiary of Japanese company in Vietnam) by supporting Vietnamese supervisor to start up and manage full spectrum of Admin and HR operations. *Support Vietnamese Supervisor for; - Any applications for registration or license required for start-up business for foreign company in Cambodia (establish new branch) - Ensuring compliance to Cambodian Labor Law and procedures related to company regulations and employees (including labor contract, salary, social & health insurance, commend & reward decision etc.) - Staff Recruitment (Job announcement, Testing, Interviewing, and Selection) -Other Human Resources and Personnel Management (New Staff Orientation, Staff Registration, Assist Training, Payroll, Social Insurance, Attendance Management, Annual Leave, Work permit for foreign staff etc.) - Find and coordinate with suppliers of facility and equipment for office set-up - Controlling petty cash and other Accounting work

- At least 3 years experiences of Administration or HR management - Advanced and Effective verbal and written communication skills in English - High responsibility - Ability to prioritize works and perform multi task by deadline - Ability to gather data, compiles information, and report to manager - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Internet, E-mail
