Responsibilities and Duties Analyze investment opportunities including deal structuring, business planning and exit and return analysis Construct a financial model to access the intrinsic value of the target companies Perform market and economic trends of the existing portfolio companies and any potentially invested companies Conduct a financial and commercial due diligence on potentially invested companies with the team Prepare quarterly portfolio updates Conduct a quarterly financial due diligence on portfolio companies from times to times Assist in preparation of term sheets and letter of intent and review of transaction documentation Assist in the conducting of company visits during the screening and qualification process Develop pitch decks and investment memorandum for the investment committee Assist senior members on strategies to grow the portfolio companies

Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related fields. ACCA or CFA qualification is an advantage Strong analytical and financial modeling skill Ability to use advance Ms. Excel and Powerpoint Excellent command of English is mandatory. Chinese Language will be an advantage Minimum of two years experiences in audit, financial due diligence or private equity Proactive, high energy, self-confident, and entrepreneurial mind-set Ability to work autonomously and pro-actively and to take on responsibility quickly Naturally curious and enjoy solving problems Passion for finance and investing
