- To assist the Surveillance Shift Manager, as / when required, in training all Surveillance personnel to ensure that they have sufficient knowledge and skills to efficiently and effectively discharge their duties. - To prepare the daily shift rotation and break roster, allocating duties to ensure that adequate cover is given to achieve the most effective usage of manpower. - To prepared Operators assignment for monitor work station before check in at least 15 minutes. - To ensure that Surveillance activities, as required, are entered correctly in the appropriate logs. - To ensure that all CCTV video footage, which are determined by the Management, to be of potential evidentiary value, shall be secured according to procedure. - To ensure that each personnel performs their duties to a satisfactory level. - To ensure all gaming equipment and controls are monitored, recorded and performed in accordance to procedure. To ensure that reviews of any disputes or incidents, especially on the gaming tables, are acted on in a professional manner according to procedure and that accurate information is passed back to the Casino operations or other departments concerned. - Upon the detection and video recording of cheating, theft, embezzlement or other illegal activity within the Casino, the Surveillance Executive shall (in the absence of the Surveillance Manager) notify the Casino Manager and cause other relevant departments to be notified. - To provide assistance to the Casino, Treasury, Slot, Hotel and Security operations as required. - To provide a presence on the Casino Floor from time to time, liaising with Casino Management as / when required. - To ensure all company policies and procedures are strictly adhered to. - To maintain strict confidentiality in all matters relating to equipment, procedures and information. - To update all photo Identification file and activities file. - To assist in the reviewing and checking of cards of relevant video footage on heavy losses in the casino. - To review and prepare relevant video footage for higher management to verify in the events of grand jackpot on Slots and casino tables. - To brief the incoming Surveillance Executive of any matters which require attention before he / she leaves or checks out of duty - Other duties as assigned.

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role - Experience in planning and budgeting - Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) - Strong analytical ability - Excellent communication skills - Outstanding organizational and leadership skills - Problem-solving aptitude - BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
