• Monitor day-to-day financial operation within company, check and verify all financial transaction processing and posting • Control and assist in all accounting tasks including AR, AP, invoicing, collection, payroll, payment preparation, recording, and other technical issue • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement • Monitor cash flow to make sure it is in healthy status and report to top management • Monthly and yearly tax preparation and prevent potential risk of tax compliance issue • Prepare yearly financial budget plan and keep track of monthly actual vs budget • Involve in recruiting, training, evaluating, and giving advice to accounting and finance team • Facilitate and provide support to internal, external or tax auditor for yearly financial and/or tax compliance audit
