+ Planning and Professional Management Tasks - Planning management tasks • Prepare Sales Planning and Strategy and find the business connection and partners. • Arranging Plan of Monthly, Quarterly, Semester and Yearly Target. • Planning of market segmentation into section by categorising the existing, potential and prospecting clients. • Planning in observation and controlling sales mechanism to get the result in order to analyse the strong and weak point. • Plan to expand the market relationship with all business partners. • Prepare planning of internal training to all sales staff to equip them of being well understanding products techniques and strategies. • Planning of building up all sales staff to have the ability and specialty in explaining the products and understand the real need of the clients. • Monitor working time, disciplines, communication and services provided to the clients by sales staff. - Professional Management Tasks • Analyse strong and weakness points of the department and the competitors. • Provide the product training and sales techniques to staff. • Make sure sales staff understand the detailed information of insurance contract. • Observe and take sales result and then report to management. • Control work flow, discipline and the respect of internal regulation to boost sales volume to reach target. • Evaluate the sales result of each staff. • Manage the role and responsibility to conduct efficiency and satisfactory of sales to the clients which lead to the competitive strength in the market and to achieve the company goal. • Divide sales force by section and role meet the market needs. • Regularly provide the training of new knowledge to each section. • Monitor the result of services provided to the clients by each section. • Boost the walk-in activities to meet the prospected and existing clients. • Search for news from the market in order that each section can contact new prospected clients and try to close deal. • Manage sales sections to do the plan and use it to in daily work performance (weekly, monthly, yearly). • Instruct sales staff to collect data and information related to the concerning department requirement in order to analyse the risk in the right decision prior to provide the terms of contract. • Instruct each section to do the report, collect data of the performance result to make the analysis. • Manage each section to maintain a high per cent age of renewal contract by at least 80% and find new more clients to add up. • Responsible to improve sale’s weakness or bad services on time. • Lead the staff to provide value added products, fast services to the clients to show our strong point compare to the competitors. + Human Resource Management in the department • Involve planning organizing, leading and evaluating staff. Encourage them to perform task effectively and responsibly. Find out the weakness point in order to improve timely. • Involve in selecting, organizing the human resource in department and provide training or educating them to ensure that they have full capacity to effectively perform their duties. • Manage human resource under department, equip them with morality, honesty and responsibility of their own performance.
