• Supporting and training on products, sales tactic, and so on to new sales team • Consolidate monthly sales report for CSM • Weekly, monthly update potential customers/ projects with sales team and submit to CSM • Consolidate monthly sales forecast with sales team • Build up corporate customers such as project, condominium, apartment, villas and other big projects in Phnom Penh and provinces • Achieve sales target and expected performance area • Approach new prospects and meeting with clients, with problem solving • Build up, maintain and develop customer's relationship • Coordinate and implement sales targets set by management, prepare sales and statistics and related forecasts • Analyze credit term & credit limit for each customer before submitting for approval • Follow up payment of the customer to comply with company's credit policy • Prepare market intelligence report and market price survey • Reporting to Sales Manager daily, weekly and Monthly • Other tasks as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s Degree in business and other equivalent degree • At least 2 - 3 years working experience in sales and marketing or related field • Strong background in project sales related areas • Understand about customer behavior and needed • Self-motivated, creative, excited by challenge, and a good teamwork, good communication, presentation skills and interpersonal • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer, understand other Chinese language will be an added advantage • Be friendly, flexible, honestly, responsibility, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure • Skillful in computer application including word, excel, and power point
