Job Descriptions •Disassemble appliances so that problems can be diagnosed and repairs can be made. •Troubleshoots electronics down to the component level to determine cause and remedy of any malfunction •Service and repair electrical and/or gas appliances such as clothes washers, refrigerators, gas cooker, stoves, and dryers etc. •Recognizes failures and set up problems, isolates problems, and takes appropriate action to resolve those problems •Refer to schematic drawings, product manuals, and troubleshooting guides in order to diagnose and repair problems. Consult manufacturers' service manuals whenever applicable. •Operates test and repair equipment’s and understand their use and function •Work with Service manager or supervisor to provide repair cost estimates, and recommend whether appliance repair or replacement is a better choice •Suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending improvements. Job Requirements •Graduated from Mechanical/Technical school or related field •At least 2 years’ experience of service management •Knowledgeable about Servicing, Maintenance, Electrical repair •Strong commitment and good at interpersonal skill •Good organizational skills •Willing to Work under pressure Conditions and Benefits - Working Time : 7:00AM-19:00PM - Working Days : 6days per week - Holiday : one day off per week
