Job Description -Manage direct & indirect material planning & stock analysis to match production consumption. -Manage inventory stock levels of direct & indirect material to the company’s targets. -Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, payment terms, delivery and service with suppliers. -Response for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance to the company policies and procedure. -Track & coordinate with the suppliers & transporters to ensure the shipment arrives on schedule. -Ensure that appropriate documents associated with a purchase / shipment are distributed to the concerned department. -Prepare reports and summarize data as management and other departments. -Prepare monthly consignment report and confirm to supplier. -Highlight & communicate urgently to appropriate managers if any shipment is known or suspected of being late. -Other tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements - Bachelor degree required - Fluent in English - Minimum 1 years in a supply chain analyst or materials planning role - Category management, for demand planning role in Retail, manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods. - Be able to work on own initiative, be pro-active, well organized and able to work under pressure - Have great problem solving skills when the situation arises
