Job Description • To Check and Inspect MEP Material Deliveries On the job site as per Consultants Specification and material Submittal Approval. • To generate a Checklist for the Inspection of Mechanical Installations with the General Contractor and Consultant. • To check the Workmanship of the Installation according to Standard Methods. • To check the General Plans, Comments from Consultant on the Shop Drawings, Revisions and Additional Site Instructions from the General Contractor. • To coordinate with the CAD Designer, Supervisors, Foreman and Project Manager regarding the Site Implementation and Material Sample Submittals. • To submit monthly Progress Report Photos of all Installations to the General Contractor as per site conditions. • To inspect the Quality of Equipment as per the Specification to be installed on Site. • To inspect the Quality of Methodologies to be used during Testing and Commissioning. • Representing COMINKHMERE in fundamental questions of quality management. • To analyze the Input for the Submission of MEP As-built drawings and Project Closeout Punch list. • Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS • To perform other relevant tasks as required by QA/QC Manager. • Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
