- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue. - Set individual sales target with sales team and evaluate performance of sales staff. - Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople. - Ensure sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly. - Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by sales team. - Plan and direct sales team training. - Assist with development of senior sales engineer - Coordinate and monitor on online sales activities. - Coordinate, support and centralize all opportunities and projects (Pre and post sales ) - Generate timely sales report - Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis. - Analyze data to identify sales opportunities. - Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key account

- University’s degree of Civil Engineering or Degree of Business Administration - At least 4-year-experience on the Sales Management - With some experiences in the Construction industry - Proficient in English and Chinese both speaking and writing - Leadership & Management - High Critical Thinking, High Problem Solving, High Leadership & Management - Able to Work under pressure
