- Assist to prepare financial plan, budget, auditing and accounting job across the companies - Assist to prepare monthly financial statement - Involving in construction, purchasing, warehouse and finance departments to support relevant companies - Check booking problem and make sure it will be smoothly perform - Oversea A/R and A/P - Collect documents from departments to get Top Managements approval. - Take notes and prepare meeting minutes, agendas and meeting outcomes. - Work closely to every departments to consolidate report and working progress. - Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. - Site inspection and produce report of progress, raise up matters with effective solutions. - Other task assigned by top managements.

- At least Bachelor’s degree of Business Administrative or Construction relative field - Knowledge on Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) - Multi-languages spoken - Able to work under pressure and over time - Work flexibly of multi-tasking and time management capability - Good communication and relationship-building skills - Good commitment on tasks and produce efficient outcomes - Good manner of integrity, trustworthy, confidence, courtesy, creative and intelligent - Well-organized and detail oriented
