• Develop of unique, differentiated, winning brand concepts based on consumer insight/need-states learned from the consumer interviews; • Develop of the strategies on start-up brands of the KFM products; • Identify and analyses the internal and external data on global consumer and product trends of key categories; • Work with internal and external design agencies to ensure good delivery of product concepts and marketing material copy creation for packaging and product design; • Work with Management Team to develop effective brand building strategies, promotional plans and marketing activities for corporate brands and sub-brands to achieve targeted business growth; • Conduct consumer research/interviews to understand the consumer insights of the assigned categories; • Develop and propose marketing strategy for KFM categories/brands in accordance with company’s overall strategy; • Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all marketing materials under supervision of NSM; • Ensure creative is consistent with the master brand architecture and positioning. • Other tasks assign by the National Sales Manager.

• Bachelor degree in field of Brand and/or Marketing Management and Development; • At least 5 year-experience marketing, designing and branding and/or related creative and FMCG industry; • Deep understanding of the principles of great design systems (i.e. color theory; typography, shape language etc.); • Great knowledge in Brand Management, Marketing Planning & Controlling; • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint; • Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skill; • Loyalty, Honest, Intelligent; • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive commercially is required.
