-Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. -Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements. -Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. -Report to management regarding the finances of the Company. -Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. -Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. -Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. -Ensure that regulatory and financial reports to the IAC and other government departments are being prepared and filed on time. Maintain good relationships with officers from the IAC and work closely with the company’s related businesses in the region. Ensure that the Company is in compliance with all regulatory matters relating to the day-to-day operations of the Company. -Other tasks assigned by Head of Finance

1. Completed the skill level of ACCA or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (having bachelor’s degree in law is a plus) 2. Proven working experience in Insurance firms, Audit firms and Banking 3. Good English proficiency
