- To manage daily operation of accounting & finance team (Full set account). - Set up accounting policies/internal control and make sure it works properly. - Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly management report and financial report. - Daily Cash/Bank management. - Support and review daily work of subordinated staff. - Daily problem solving and coordinating internal and external stakeholder. - Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information. - Predicting future financial trends. - Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted. - Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets. - Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk. - Analyzing market trends and competitors. - Manage all company investment portfolio. - Other works assigned by Top Management.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years professional experience in Accounting and Finance or ACCA - Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting and Finance/Business Administrative and other related degrees. - Sound knowledge in Cambodian Accounting Standard or IFRS. - Experience of Tax in Cambodia. - Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer is a must. - Ability to work independent and as team leader. - Strong work ethic/ conscientious, self-motivated, leadership, management, demonstrate to high level of inter-personal skills and negotiation one. - Advance Computer literate, (Ms. Office, Email and Internet...etc.). - Be committed to receiving a best achievement. - Be honest, hard-working, working well with the team, be a team player
