1. Responsible for the operational efficiency, rhythm, quality and risk control of the company's project operations; 2. Assist in coordinating the management and control of key nodes and phased results of the company's project development; 3. Responsible for coordinating the development pace and cash flow of the project and other business plans; 4. Check the contract performance and the implementation rate of the company's rules and regulations; 5. Compile and review the plans of each project node, review the procurement and bidding plans of each project, track the implementation, and conduct performance appraisal; 6. Organize on-site coordination and management of all parties on the project site, and conduct regular and irregular on-site management inspections and supervision

1, Age of 30 years old or younger, entrance examination Bachelor degree or above; 2, more than 2 years’ experience in real estate management, one or more positions in operations management experience, project management experience, well-known real estate company experience is preferred;
