• Review business processes, requirements of the client, analyze their needs. • Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. • Identify resources and assign responsibilities. • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s). • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored. • Works closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s). • Works with developers to define and document questions, liaise with business via to get new requirements and explain feasibility. • Submits project status reports to stakeholders; reviews bugs; plans software releases; anticipates and reacts to change. • Install, integrate, test software and configure software specifically for clients use. • Training users in various settings from onsite sessions to webinars.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, PMP a plus • 2+ years of experience in appropriate project management and implementation processes • Proven work experience in project management in the information technology sector • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
