- Work with design team to create attractive content (engaging text, image and video) on company’s social media such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, WeChat, LinkedIn and future website to increase sales volume - Plan and manage company’s social media such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, WeChat, LinkedIn and future website including messages responding - Manage production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, banners, etc. - Work closely with marketing consultant to promote company product, service and brand awareness - Monitor competitor activity and update to marketing consultant - Generate accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance - Conduct market research, analyze and identify the latest trends/technologies in order to stay abreast of the industry trends including competitor analysis, customers’ need/complaint to provide suggestions for improvements - Handle other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing or Advertising - In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, best practices, and website analytics - Skill and experience in creative content writing - Willing to challenge, and deeply understand about delivery industry in country - Good at English communication (Chinese is more advantage) - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills - Well organized and detail-oriented - Be willing to learn new things, honest and hard working - Ability to work under pressure, positive attitude, pleasant personality, energetic and service minded - Computer skills (Ms. Office) - Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales or similar
