Jobs Description

• Attend to dealer’s enquiries, complaints, stockings and orders by regular visits to maintain a good relationship • Promote Multicolour machines and paint by frequent visits to potential hardware/paint dealers shop to build up dealer network and increase market share in responsible area. • Promote decorative products by co-ordination marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget. • Handle timely collections by monitoring on customer ageing to reduce day outstanding and Co-ordinate with customer service to ensure prompt delivery of paint. • Recruit quality customers by mapping key potential hardware shop or existing competitors A or B dealers’ type to increase market share in Decorative Segment. • Provide technical and specification support to dealers by joint visit and follow up iconic project in responsible area according on regular visit to support dealer’s growth. • Ensure dealers understanding how to sell products by provide products knowledge to dealer frequently to get closed sale and customer satisfaction.

Jobs Requirement

• Monthly Plan and perform daily sales visits and sales activities. • Monitor and follow up with CSD on delivery and ordering. • Establish potential dealers and comply designate new multicolour machine installation. • Ensure customers pay in time by update statement of account and send to customers. • Explore for new potential dealers’ network opportunity in new area and sign up to achieve individual target. • Update sales volume, value year to update vs last year to date to customers by JDPP every months and quarters. • Update products series to CSD team to make sure enough supply products to projects. • Push customers to upselling products to increase their sales and profitability • Monitor sales figure by using power BI Tool and JDPP • Work closely with Project Specifier Team and passing to customers • Sales System regular update to customer for make sure customers known their actual sales figure year to date. • Co-ordinate and provide technical support with Technical Sales Support to register complaint case in products complaint application
