1) Help to development a growing strategy by defining project scope, goals deliverable. 2) Help coordinate day to day operation on all projects under SOMA Agriculture. 3) Define tasks and required resources. 4) Collect & manage project team. 5) Allocate project resources. 6) Create schedule and project timeline. 7) Support & direct team, lead quality assurance, monitor and support on project progress. 8) Present to stakeholder's reports on progress as well as problems and solutions. 9) Implement & manage change when necessary to meet project output and evaluate and access result of project. 10) Manage all documentation of the scope and planning. 11) Good communication skills with customers, team & stakeholders. 12) Help to assist in cost management to suit each project. 13) Assist COO of Agriculture in all aspects of the office.

1) Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a relevant field. 2) At least 4 years' experience in a resource management and project management role. 3) Able to show leadership and influence to senior management levels. 4) Has strong analytical and effective decision making on sensitive issues. 5) Strong ability of developing strategic planning and visionary. 6) Strong English & Khmer proficiency, both written & spoken Page 1 of 2 7) Be able to accurate translate from Khmer to English & English to Khmer 8) Good working knowledge of computer systems & applications 9) Good skills in decision making, problem solving presentation, communication and reporting writing. 10) Demonstration of outstanding management, human relations, and technical skills. 11) A business minded person with initiative and ability to work under pressure.
