Jobs Description

1) Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview. 2) Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions. 3) Recommends benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements and trends and developments in benefits offered the organization. 4) Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees. 5) Write contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with department management. 6) Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention 7) Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary. 8) Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary. 9) Informs employees of benefit usage by preparing and distributing benefit reports. 10) Maintains benefits staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 11) Resolves employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures. 12) Supports management's decision making by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs. 13) Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; obtaining qualified opinions; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. 14) Maintains benefits staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 15) Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications: establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 16) Achieves financial objectives by preparing the benefits and department operational budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Jobs Requirement

1) Master degree in business administration or related field. 2) Strongly experience in C&B and HR field. 3) Good Speaking Thai. 4) Excellent inter-personal skills. 5) Analytical thinking and decision making 6) Good understanding of local law of employment, benefits, taxations and labor market trends 7) Leadership capabilities (potential for growth) 8) Capability to build trust and relationships 9) Capability to coach and transfer knowledge.
