• Set up internal control compliance system and master file of management agent, merchant, and– user, agreement, letter in & out, POA, memorandum. • Prepare compliance’s guideline, policies and procedure/memo as well as to provide KYC/CDD/ECCD consultant and another request from relevant stakeholder. • Control AML processes strengthen efficiency meet local international; regulation and daily review CTR, STR, High Risk customers. • Responsible for submission Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) and Cash Transaction Report (CTR) to Cambodia Financial Intelligence Unit. • Responsible for monthly report, Quarterly report and Annually Report to payment system department of the National Bank of Cambodia. • Prepare any kinds of letters out to relevant ministries or institutions, including but not limited to, National Bank of Cambodia, Ministry of Commerce, General Department of Taxation and Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. • Prepare legal documents including but not limited up, terms & conditions, agreements, contracts, NDA, amendments, addendums, supplemental agreements, MOU, appointment letter, POA, minute meeting, board resolution, and shareholder resolution. • Provide legal advice, legal consultant. Legal update, legal research, legal pointer, legal consequence, legal risk, legal prospective to the company. • Other tasks as assigned by management.

• Bachelor degree in law or related degree • At least 2 years of working experience in financial sector • Be able to communicate effectively with people at difference levels • Be a proactive, creative and good team player. • Willing to work in challenging environment and long hour • Adapt all the situation and strongly motivation • Fast learner and feeling to learn new things •Good in Ms. Office and English language.
