1. Operations  Control data collection quality including data collection process, back checking, detecting abnormality and data cleaning  Communicate and drive changes if necessary, to improve data collection productivity  Deliver smooth sales reporting (sales performance, market share, Industry performance, value chain, route to consumer…) & planning cycle  Check and control data sanity from trade and challenging the answer the trade in the purpose to ensure quality of data and correct execution  Work with IT, trade marketing, & sales operations team to ensure alignment of sales execution performance tracker  Analyse business requirements on analytics products. 2. Analytical  Deliver calculation and analysis review cycle of sales operations incentive KPIs and results  Support sales initiative business cases study and process of execution  Collect and analyse data to evaluate sale volume, market share, value chain, and business opportunities through research and evaluate economic, competitor, market, industry and customer growth trends and conditions  Evaluate monthly and annual sales goals, quotas and forecasts, work with technology team to develop and maintain electronic systems to track and predict seasonal demand, industry shifts and customer buying changes  Review sales performance data against commercial customer data systems. 3. Communication  Present actionable information and insights to team members and management  Answer questions about delivered results/ reports through with strong facts and discipline  Present complex ideas and their value proposition to non-technical audience as a coherent story with clear and easy to follow conclusions (This will include visualization skill/tool). 4. Innovation  Continuously develop and present innovative ideas based on data driven approach in order to improve current business practices
