-Responsible for achieving success by driving business growth, influencing sales leads to win business deals in a Pre-Sales capacity. -Provide technical designs, including analysis, configuration and implementation that requires complex solutions for customer requirements. This includes design of networking, security and managed service solutions with a high level of accuracy including defining solution hardware, licenses, professional services budgets and services. -Provide in person and remote demonstrations for prospective customers and partners including Proof off concepts (POC) -Ensure continuity for the sales leads by providing an effective handover to the relevant delivery teams for business wins. -Be involved in technical solutions implementation for won deals. -Provide guidance and trainings to end user/ customers -Respond to product feature inquiries, licensing, and functionality questions -Develop and maintain Subject Matter Expert level of knowledge in solutions focus area -Provide direct support for sales, and customers -Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers identified and hidden needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the business. -R&D/Product Development – working alongside with the product development team, other consultants and support engineers, collaborate to develop new products/improve service offerings to customers -Keep up to date with developments in Networking, Security, cloud and associated technologies in the customer and competitor marketplace

 Bachelor degree or equivalent degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or Information Technology (IT).  At least one year relevant work experience.  Excellent computer literacy.  Good Khmer and English language.  Proficiency with editing software such as PhotoShop, Lightroom, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, InDesign, De vinci….etc.  Proficiency with camera equipment and sound recording.  Possess drone shot knowledge is a plus.  Excellent interpersonal skills.  Relative fitness and stamina to work long hours.
