- Provide a high level of technical design solutions and drive electrical designers ensuring company proposal meets the client requirements in terms of compliance and budget - Responsible to challenge clients design on the project scale and identify opportunities of value engineering in order to give company a competitive edge - Support sales engineering team by leading discussions with the clients, project engineers and consultants from technical level up to strategic level. - Ensuring efficient reporting to management about the technical content of our offer, the level of compliance and risk assessment - Provide direction or guidance on the development of technical solutions across solution areas (both sales and marketing team), including support and execution. - Support the sales team by training them in the uses of products, system solutions and services. - Conduct on site survey of opportunities prospect by the sales team - Assist in the smooth transition of technical solution requirement from pre-sale to on-sale stage and process and not limited to onsite technical meeting.

- Experience in MEP work in Cambodia as senior electrical engineer or previous experience in panel building activity - Strong knowledge of MV, LV distribution and control systems, keys solutions and manufacturers - Ability to attend technical meetings with client teams - Ability to report about technical solutions to various stakeholders - Master Degree in electrical engineering - Professional English level (speaking and writing).
