o Ensure management of the MEP design process in accordance with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan. o Develop the MEP Project design brief (concept) and maintain by regular review o Manage the MEP design including all inputs, coordination and deliverables to achieve the time, cost, and quality objectives. o Arrange full construction (MEP Installation & planning) support during the design phase to maximize constructability. o Set-up & monitor a MEP design quality plan, linking Designers quality plans with a regular review and audit function. o Ensure that the design intent and design performance criteria are maintained through the design development and construction process. o Report immediately any event which will significantly change previous forecasts and/or senior management expectations of the next forecasts. o Lead problem solving and resolution of design issues o Identify issues causing risk or delay to the project

o Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural Engineering o At least 5-10 years’ experience in building design, MEP construction, or energy services o Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills o Experience managing multiple projects o Familiarity with drawing, permitting, and regulatory requirements o Good interpersonal and problem solving skills o Able to prioritize and work with multiple supervisors o Knowledge of AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office suite o Some travel for on-site, local and out-of-state meetings may be necessary
