- Maintain the site safety standards in all relevant areas. - Maintain the attention to 5S and housekeeping issues. - Continuously develop safety within the warehouse operations. - Organize the casual workers required for brewery operation. - Manage all operational activities relating to the finished goods and incoming goods warehouses. - Improve operational efficiencies, especially labour resources. - Deliver goods and finished products to both internal and external customers as required in full and on time. - Ensure all types of materials received are proper stored and handled with care to relevant stores. - Ensure FIFO operation is applied to all goods. - Ensure the container inspection of all incoming goods is properly checked for damages. - Ensure to do random sample taken for Lab test for all incoming goods. - Ensure proper counting for all goods received and issued. - Ensure to get ERMP report stocks at distributors/sub-distributors from sales. - Ensure the transporter collect all the ERPM from all distributors/sub-distributors. - Ensure the quantities stocks delivered and receipt matching. - Arrange sampling of turnaround time of ERPM as per requirement. - Make the daily production materials call-off plan from suppliers based on daily production planning at low inventory cost level and matching with the available warehouse resources. - Plan the warehouse space for materials receipt and people and resources for effective and efficient off- loading process. - Ensure that the plan is on track and make decisions for alterations to the plan to ensure it is achieved. - Communicating with relevant to suppliers to ensure the capacity plan is executed. - Maintain finished goods and other materials in the stores are correct receipt and issue in JDE. - Ensure proper customers ‘acknowledgement for all operation and transaction. - Ensure proper labelling for all goods in stock. - Ensure the stores are cleaned and tidy. - Ensure forklift trucks and other assets in warehouse are well maintained and effectively used. - Check the finished product and empty transport claimed invoices and ensure proper delivery order (DO) attachment are in place with proper customers’ acknowledgement. - Check the invoice of casual workers claim with proper attachments. - Ensure that there are always enough full time and casual workers to effectively run the warehouse and incoming goods operations. - Ensure all processes and work instructions related to warehouse are strictly adhered to. - Participate in leading the team including recruitment, performance management and other people development. - Complete all required reporting within CBL and company requirements as per the deadline. - Improve and develop reporting information to assist with logistics development. - Maintain proper filling of all report and document required in the warehouse.
