- Plant machinery, and equipment are registered in a computerized system - Ensure availability of spare parts and control effective inventory turn - Review and reduce Equipment Performance Lost to acceptable standard - Plan and implement preventive maintenance and overhaul for process, filling and packing equipment - Monitor and keep track of maintenance and repair activities being carried out, tracking KPIs, not limit to Effectiveness of plan maintenance execution to plan, PM/CM Ratio etc - Able to issue reports for management on issues occurred and resolved. Eg corrective action report and preventive action report - Organize equipment spare parts, tools, equipment O&M (Operation and Maintenance) manuals and equipment drawings - Good analytical skills, able to use fish bone analysis to find out root; be able to use improvement toolbox to improve safety, efficiency and reliability of the production equipment - Develop maintenance screw capabilities - Willing to stay late to resolve equipment problems in the event of equipment problems cause production down - Implement and execute inventory programs and processes to protect good quality of Raw Material, Finished Goods, packaging materials and adhere to standard of safety and health of employees - Ensures operation of handling equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports about engineering operation - Supervise and control daily site activities to ensure contractors or suppliers perform and complete works in a safe and timely manner without compromising work quality - Other task assign by upper level

+ Educational/Professional Qualification - Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and/or Automation - Knowledge of technical practices and programs used in Beverage manufacturing, or related - Knowledge of worker safety regulations as they relate to manufacturing. - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice for relevant processes of Materials Movement - Ability to interact and collaborate with crossed functions - Capability to Train and educate people on SOPs relevant to Raw Material incoming process - Ability to manage inventory - Able to work 12 hours rotational shift + Working Experience - 3-4 years’ Experience of with supervising people - 3-4 Years Experiences in Computerized System preferred Plant Maintenance Module - Self-motivated, Result-oriented, independent and good team player - Demonstrate working knowledge and vast experience in electrical/automation/mechanical - Hand-on experience on troubleshooting and repair food industry equipment and components. E.g Pumps, valves, instruments and automation components. - Able to interpret P&I (Piping and Instrumentation) drawing, single line diagram and Mechanical drawing - Computer literacy especially in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, CAD - Excel in Maintenance Assessment and Implementation - Operational Excellence knowledge and know-how (relevant methodologies) - Skill in implementation of Preventive Maintenance Program - Skill in Advance Maintenance Program i.e Predictive Maintenance, Condition Base Maintenance - Engineering Budget Planning - Diagnostic/Trouble shooting skill + Language proficiency (Spoken & Written) - English Language - can write and speak
