+ Effective Business Partnering - Work with the Product owner and business team to understand the product vision and business direction, constrains - Engage cross-functionally with product management, leadership, and engineers to develop concepts that advance the entire product pipeline - Collaborate with the Data and Enterprise architect on the solution design to ensure it conforms to the overall architectural vision and technical roadmap + Digital Innovation benchmarking & New Tech watch - Look internally (Global/Regional D&T, OpCos) & externally for the new technology trend and initiatives - Driving action on innovation plans in collaboration with relevant team members - Focus to safeguard business continuity +Digital Innovation lifecycle management - Manage the process of collaboration with business and internal / external resources to pilot and implement technologies through to partnership stage - Monitor progress of applied solutions and ensure collaboration with business progress according to benefits proposed - Assist in commercial, financial and legal due diligence as required + Strong Team Leadership - Lead the Innovation & Digital team of the OpCo - Develop and upskill the staffs

- Bachelor or Master degree in information technology, digital engineering or a related discipline - 8+ years of working experience in Digital or related functions with minimum 3+ years in the management role - Good speaking and writing in English and Khmer language - Proven experience in managing a team - Excellent leadership skills - Deep curiosity for all things digital and demonstrate ability to learn new technical concepts and solutions quickly as well as organize complex concepts and technologies into an easy-to-understand story and solution - Entrepreneurial spirit and passion to work within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment - Keen sense of change, innovation and agility concepts with an understanding of enterprise pragmatism - Project management skills; ability to handle multiple initiatives - Strong understanding of business and processes - Experience with define D&T strategies and roadmaps
