-Provide insights and recommendations to business stakeholders based on P&L levers, competitive and economic data -Provides analysis and research to identify potential value creating opportunities within and outside of the organization (organic and inorganic) -Competitors Benchmarking & Market Research: - Monitor competitors’ strategies and financial performance - Perform analysis and provide recommendations related to emerging industry trends, growth opportunities including inorganic activity, competitive threats, internal business performance and process improvements -Assist business units/pillars by providing financial/profitability guidance and simulations for new business initiatives, projects and campaigns -Manages the monthly and quarterly processes with the business including preparation of management reports and income statements -Manages the financial planning functions for the Bank including but not limited to strategic planning, budget development and periodic forecast -Undertake special projects, research and ad-hoc analysis as and when required -Preparation of presentation relating to strategy for Manco, Board and other monthly meetings

+Formal Education: -Professional or Degree holder preferably from top university/business school Professional Accreditation: - Preferably MBA or Professional Accounting Qualification such as ICAEW, CIMA etc Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry): - Minimum 4 years strategy experience - Good understanding of financial services industry - Analytical skills, finance as a background would be an added advantage +Other skills required: -Strong business acumen and sound financial understanding -Strong influencing and negotiating skills -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
