• Execute and implement the school marketing and communications strategies and plan. • Work in relationships to design new enrollments approaches to new enrollments’ needs, interests and wants. • Ensure sufficient supplies of the school marketing and enrollment materials • Develop the social media and other communications calendar to ensure timely and effective execution of the programmes. • Participate in budget development planning with the top management • Conduct market research strategies and methodologies to catch up with market trends and competitions • Prepare comprehensive reports after a marketing programme completed and form recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness and efficiency. • Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process • Work closely with the production team to ensure that photos, and/or videos are ready. • Work closely with the academic team to ensure that social media and/or website captions are supplied. • Post contents on the school social media and website based on the calendar set. • Ensure responsiveness to all incoming enquiries on social media and school info email • Provide assistance and supports for all school’ internal and external events in event planning and execution. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

• Bachelor’s degree of Marketing/ Business Administration or related fields. • Demonstrable experiences in marketing/ advertising/ communications together with the. • Potential and attitude required to learn, preferably marketing experience in education industry. • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate. • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement including social media and digital marketing. • Good planning, strategic thinking, researching, and analyzing skills. • Good communications skills, both written and verbal in English. • Strong interpersonal communication skill. • Computer knowledge (Ms. Office, Internet & Email). • Good command of spoken Khmer and English language.
