 Advise & check design / drawing works (Interior / Exterior / & Landscape) from all Architects / Architect team.  Consult sale & marketing team on architectural concept of creating products.  Create action plan for architectural team & follow up their work as per schedule.  Create design process / workflow for architectural design.  Check & approve on all design & drawing from schematic until construction drawing.  Provide technical advice to support site team as per requirement.  Coordinate with relevant design managers such as Structural Manager & MEP Design Manager.  Create method statement for site inspection of any finishing works.  Recommend material selections to management for all finishing works.  Other duties assigned by Project Director.

 Bachelor or master degree in Architecture or related fields.  Minimum 3 year experience in Architectural Design.  Good command of reading, writing and speaking English is a plus.  Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office, Microsoft Project, Computation software as Lumion, Photoshop, Sketch up, Auto CAD and other design software).  Ability to communicate & negotiate with team & sub-contractors.  Demonstrate positive and flexible attitude and high commitment.
