- Shape the development of the Commercial Plans for the portfolio, based on consumer & customer insight as well as category performance. Sustainability & Responsible consumption are an integral part the portfolio plan - Accountable for planning and execution of all communication of the assigned portfolio of brands across all channels - Shape the future; identify new business opportunities to drive competitive advantage. Guide new product launches for the assigned portfolio of brands by setting and communicating a clear direction based on an inspiring vision. - Decide on consumer promotion programs for assigned portfolio of brands to achieve sales target and Brand Power KPIs. - Build a performance driven culture. Focus on talent and capability development, fully embracing inclusion and diversity. - Deliver portfolio revenue targets within allocated budget across ATL & BTL, meeting agreed working/non-working targets whilst continuously looking for savings across brands.

- Bachelor or higher degree, fully fluent in English. - 10+ years of marketing experience in FMCG, managing teams, international exposure is a plus.
