+ Business unit set up - Propose and implement modern trade & e-commerce structure for both TM and Sales – team, data, way of working, KPI + Channel Activation - Put commercial activation into solid critical path & channel one plan, align execution plans/steps, track and evaluate the activation. - Build Outlet programs and Joint Business Partnerships. + Channel Strategy - Define Channel Strategy with clear definitions of Priority Channels and clear Strategies to win + Continuous Improvement Cycle - Imbed continuous improvement cycle and own Internal Process Management to organize commercial plan gatekeeping. + Team Management - Responsible for one direct report while overseeing structure and operation of the entire business unit + Data-Driven Sales - Use data-driven sales methodology to drive efficient and effective sales decisions. + Cross-Functional Collaboration - Extensive cross-functional collaboration including field sales, brand marketing, distributor management, and finance.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or any related fields. - Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant field sales or channel marketing for Modern Trade or E-commerce, with minimum 1 year of management position (preferably from FMCG/E-commerce Industry).
