• Principal Duties & Account abilities: o Manage full HR functions in the Clinic o Develop implement human resource policies procedures of Clinic and Clinic internal rules and regulation and ensure all policies are understood and enforced. o Identify legal requirements and compliance imposed by the government and authorities that affecting human resources functions o Staff motivate and solve any problem related with staff problem or regulation enforced. o Perform other jobs assigned by manager/management

• Qualifications Required/ Mandatory o Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related fields. Master Degree in the related field is an advantage. o At least 1 or 2 year(s) of Human Resources Management/Functions. o Can demonstrate knowledge Cambodian labor laws and other relevant regulations o Proficiency in English is a must o Good Computer Skill including MS Applications o Good teamwork personality and flexible attitude o Honest Hardworking and strong commitments toward the job o Willing to accept more related task and to work under pressure o Self-motivated and result oriented. • Qualifications Desirable o Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making. o Energetic, highly motivated, with an inquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success. o Experience in Facility Management o Preferably holding a BA/BS degree or equivalent - Salary: $500-$800 - Work day: 1 day & haft off per week - Report to : OPERATION / MD / CEO
