• Conduct branding activities such as merchandising display outdoor and indoor • Lead Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories. • Research and analyses the market information including competitor information • Prepare marketing & budget plan • Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering clients and product inquiries. • Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities. • Brand building activities as well as Product Development activities with Sales activities. • Provide recommendations on how to improve operations, communication. • Supervise marketing activities to promote the projects to meet the Company targets. • Help the Company to achieve short-and-long term business growth.Various task assigned by MD & CD

• Bachelor Degree in Business and other equivalent degree. • At least useful 5 years work experience in similar position. • Experiences in Sales and marketing or related field. • Understand Brand guideline and Brand discipline. • Good working knowledge of multimedia and experience in managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines are essential • Proven ability to think conceptually about projects and brands and to develop and evolve over time creative processes. • Self-motivated, creative, excited by challenge, and a good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer, understand other Asian language will be an added advantage • Good project management skills, presentation skills, Strong interpersonal skills, and Leadership and Team Management skills. • Be friendly, flexible, honestly, responsibility, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure. • Skillful in computer application including word, excel, and power point.
