 Inspect equipment, and systems to identify any issues.  Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.  Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.  Plan and schedule repairs.  Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.  Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.  Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks)  Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs, sockets, Fan Belts)  Coordinate with external maintenance service on Generator  Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies Responsible to Participate in training & Internal Audit Program for ISO

 High school diploma or equivalent qualification.  A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.  In-depth knowledge of Mechanical and electrical systems.  Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.  Physically capable and available to work overtime  Effective problem-solving abilities.  Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.  Good level of English and Khmer (Optional Chinese/ Vietnamese)  Self-motivated and confident  Positive attitude, willing to learn Salary: $700
