• To manage and set up the entire swift operations unit; • Set, formulate and implement strategic swift operations policies and plans that are aligned to the Bank’s business strategies and business goals; • Develop, implement and maintain sound operational functions policies, procedures and guidelines that are in compliance with the relevant Acts, Laws, Rules of the National Bank of Cambodia, directives and guidelines issued by the regulatory bodies and the Bank’s internal policies and procedures; • Verify message approval for all Swift MTs, verify all MTs outgoing and incoming messages and Kitts; • Monitor debited and credited Nostro account and other fees, communicate with all correspondent banks for the status of remittance and RMA or any inquiries; • Verify OTTs and ITTs to avoid payment under All, OFAC or any Sanctions records, update Sanctions and fraudulent payment list; • Prepare Swift Procedure and strongly support Contact Center, Customer or any staffs and solve problem directly with customers; • Ensure the staff adherence to the policies and procedures; • Keep abreast of developments in the local financial services market landscape, take actions to capitalize on business opportunities and mitigate threats; • Overseas and monitor other centralized payment and settlement services which may from time to time be established by the Bank.

• Degree holder with 10 years related banking operations experience and at least 5 years in managerial role in banking industry; • Leadership & people management skill; • Complex analytical & problem-solving skill; • Full spectrum of banking operations and banking system; • Strong analytical skills and desire to enhance and improve processes; • Strong written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to effectively manage Global Stakeholders; • Ability to prioritize and exercise judgement in making decisions in a fast-paced environment; • Demonstrate potential in ability to oversee processes and potentially people; • Knowledgeable or experience in Trade Finance (L/C, Collection and bank guaranty) is an added advantage; • English language proficiency and Chinese speaking is an added advantage; Budget ( Negotiate )
