 Manage overall accountant and finance department such as planining, monitoring and evaluation.  Function staff base on capibilty ensure the headcount fit to the actual work activities  Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information  Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted  Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.  Checking the report and collecting all cash from cashiers  Controlling end-to-end process of money transaction  Reveiwing financial report and monitoring financail detail  Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.  Reviews and processes payments of the company.  Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.  Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions  Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary  Preparing monthly and annual reports

 Bachelor/Master degree relevant field.  Minimum 3 years of experience within real estate field  Excellent comprehension, analytical and problemsolving skills with ability to analyze large datasets and translate into comprehensive reports  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SPSS and other research applications and software  Good verbal and written communication skills in Khmer and English  Good organizational and interpersonal skills  Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.  A multi-task person and able to deliver under pressur Salary: $1,000-$2,000
